Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Good Condition! We are a small, family owned business, and truly appreciate your support! If you've decided not to keep an item, you have 7 days to return products purchased at the store, that are unused and in original condition, for a store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products.

If you are mailing back products, we will assess the return and see that it is in resalable condition before we issue you a return in the form of a gift card. To initiate a return purchased online, please send an email to info@goodcondition.com. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are near a Good Condition store, bring in the item you wish to return within 7 days of the day it was received.

Can Sale items be returned?

No, all sale items or marked-down merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
