The organic Olives in our Olive Oil are picked by hand and cold-pressed immediately to ensure crispness and rich antioxidant and polyphenol content. It contains our famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes.
